We hope that you can join us at the multi-award-winning Harry Potter Studio Tour on Saturday, September 30th 2023. We head back to the magical world of Harry Potter for their Halloween season!
Please read all the notes below carefully BEFORE requesting places.
Whether your allegiance is Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw or Slytherin, you have the chance to take in the wonders of Hogwarts. The Harry Potter Studio Tour possesses a stunning series of sets from the film series that can be seen up close. The sets include The Great Hall, Gryffindor Dorm Room, Diagon Alley, Privet Drive, Hagrid’s Hut, Dumbledore’s Office, Gringotts Bank and the Forbidden Forest to name but a few. The impressive Gringotts Bank & Dragon also await alongside thousands of props and costumes. It’s a truly fantastic venue, and there are lots to take in, so don’t forget your cameras!
We have initially allocated a 57 seater coach (with toilet). Please note that a second coach will only be assigned if considerable demand warrants it. The expected journey time to the venue by coach is approximately just over 1hr 30mins. You also have the option to meet us at the venue, should it suit your family better or make more sense geographically. There is no parking charge on the day. The approximate coach departure time on the day from Ely is 7am for purposes of your planning, leaving the venue between 3-4 pm. We have 100 places allocated to this event currently.
With any Spectrum event of this nature, you do not need to stick as a group throughout the day. Once checked in, you can then spend the day at the venue as you wish. You just need to ensure you are ready for the return home departure time if using the coach.
Our entry time slots on the day are between 9am-930am, with the expected meet time 20-30 mins before this, which provides us with a little time to get organised on-site, everyone signed in with us and grab a drink if you wish.

Event Costs & Summary – Travel with us or Meet us there
We are delighted to have been able to keep last year’s pricing in place.
The cost to attend the Harry Potter Studio Tour event is £35 per person (if utilising our coach) and £30 per person if meeting us there. There is no cost for those under 4 years of age to access the venue, but a £10 cost will be charged if accessing the coach. The pricing provided to you is a bundled cost taking into consideration children, adults and carers for ease of booking with us. We have worked with and visited the venue a number of times before.
If you receive confirmed places to meet us there, you will need to meet us on-site at the time designated in your confirmation notes.
For travel, you can either use the Spectrum-provided coach from Ely or meet us at the venue. We will provide the finalised departure details when places are confirmed. At present we will depart from Angel Drove Car Park in Ely (next to Tesco), but Bottisham Village College is our backup location. We will focus on filling the coach as the first priority to ensure it is needed.
The payment cut-off date for this event will be June 30th 2023 due to the requirements of the venue. We will be handing back any tickets to the venue that are not allocated at this point or completed. Beyond this date, there will be no opportunity to gain tickets later in the year.
Please note we will only be able to accept requests for further extended family members and so forth if there are any spaces remaining after processing member requests.
