We are now moving into the window of time where we start to work a little more through different documentation and areas with Disney ahead of our visit. Most activity happens 30-90 days out as a guideline. Please ensure that you read all the following notes thoroughly; this is a very, very simple process overall to complete, and we will do the vast majority of it for you.

Priority Card Access
The first area requiring your action is for any Priority Cards you wish to apply for.
For any person with additional needs/disabilities, we can request a Priority Card for them to use on our visit (child or adult). A Priority Card gives priority (but non-immediate) access to attractions, shows, parades, selfie spots, restaurants and shop checkouts. Again, we are working towards making the group’s priority cards available at the hotel as part of our check-in for simplicity and to save us time on site.
Providing a Priority Card is purely at Disney’s discretion, and accurate evidence supporting this must be supplied. You need to provide us with a scan/photo of ONE of the following accepted documents for each person you request a card for.
Any evidence must clearly state the person’s name it is for and be either less than 12 months old or not expired.
- Disability Living Allowance
- Attendance Allowance Award
- Personal Independence Payment
- Disabled Parking Card
- Armed Forces Compensation Scheme
- National Disability Card ID
- Disabled ID
- Access Card
- Recognised Assistance Dog ID Card, issued by
- Assistance Dogs International (ADI)
- The International Guide Dog Federation (IGDF)
- Assistance Dog UK (ADUK)
- Registration Card BD8
- Certificate of Visual Impairment
If you are not aware of the Access Card in the list above, it’s a really good card that is also being used at more and more attractions in the UK. We recommend looking at it at https://www.accesscard.online/ when you get a moment. The Merlin Group has also integrated this with passes at a number of their locations.
Please note that these listed items are the only methods that are now accepted without exception. You will see that a GP letter is no longer accepted by default within the documents list. This has been removed from the listing in the last couple of years due to the high level of fraudulent documents they received from people trying to access the Priority Card who didn’t qualify or had no needs at all.
Disney would like to receive these from us by March 1st, 2025, so we need to have them back to us ahead of this date to give us enough time to complete relevant checks, conclude paperwork, and deal with any errors. Any requests that we are not able to submit by this date may be handled differently outside of the main group.
As per the email notes we have provided, once we have all the information from you, you will be sent a document in Disney’s format to check and e-sign.

Advance Passenger Information (API)
The individual information required is in relation to such areas as
- Disney & Sequoia Lodge for your stay
- Border Control and DFDS for your crossings
- Spectrum for event logs and passenger manifest
Please ensure that the information you provide has no inaccuracies, as this will be flagged by Disney & Border Control for additional checks.

Our Recommendation
If you are a Facebook user, we recommend joining our private members-only Facebook group at https://www.facebook.com/groups/spectrumcio – you will need your membership number with us (starts with the letters SC and is followed by up to 5 numbers) after you request to join.
We post general information here when confirmations, QR codes, reminders, and so forth are sent out, so you can be sure to check your email at the right times. This is helpful as many mail providers can filter such emails to junk and other areas, so you can be sure you don’t miss anything or lose your places if it doesn’t land in your main inbox directly.
Our Instagram & Facebook stories are also good places to get news in advance and see the different things we are working on behind the scenes. So please give us a follow!
