If you need to cancel places at an event or session you are booked in for, or have any questions about them, please email the team at events@spectrum.org.uk, and they will come back to you as quickly as they can.

For any Max Card specific enquiries that are not covered on our page, or if you believe your Max Card has been lost or stolen, please email us at maxcard@spectrum.org.uk

If you have lost or forgotten your Spectrum membership number, simply head to our Lost Membership page, and the team will locate it for you. Just submit the simple request, and they will follow up.

Your Spectrum membership number is needed to access our Spectrum Members Only Facebook Group, request places at our events, access Support or order a Max Card, for example.

If you are a registered member with us, you can access our Child & Family Support Team via their dedicated page at https://spectrum.org.uk/support – The team can support you in a number of areas of family work, behavioural and developmental aspects as well as interventions, to name but a few, including DLA/PIP and EHCP.
