Welcome to Spectrum Events, our central point for all place requests at our events, sessions and fundraisers.
Here are the details for all our upcoming Spectrum events, sessions and fundraisers. You will need your Spectrum membership number to book onto any members-only event. This starts with the letters SC and is NOT your Max Card number.
The Spectrum team has years of experience designing, creating and organising events for families of children with Autism, additional needs and disabilities. All our activities are inclusive and family-focused, especially taking care of as many of the smaller details that often cause hurdles for so many that we support.
Accessibility & Options
We offer many entertainment options, the Arts, heritage, interaction, technology and sport, to name but a few. Spectrum has delivered hundreds of events at a wide variety of venues, both locally and wider afield, with our Away Days & Disneyland Paris. Furthermore, we offer some adult-only respite events throughout the year, such as our Black Tie Ball and dining experiences with Hilton Cambridge. Please note that pricing for all our events is supplied by the venues we work with; it is not possible, in addition to this pricing, to use discount codes or vouchers.
Our FAQ includes further helpful information on our events process. However, if you have any questions about our events, please email us at events@spectrum.org.uk.
How to request places at Spectrum events
1. Click on the event of interest to you, immediately below in our events that are OPEN section.
2. The event will open up a new page with all the information about the event.
3. Simply complete the request form at the foot of the event page you opened if you wish to join us.
4. You will receive an email copy of your submission to us a few moments later.
5. We will follow up with you in due course once places are allocated, which can be by email and text message.
If an event interests you but has a waiting list, it is still worth submitting a place request. Due to the nature of the children and families that we support, circumstances can subsequently change, and places can become available.
