Spectrum is a multi-award-winning, parent-led children’s charity. We provide events and support for families of children with Autism, additional needs, learning difficulties, and disabilities. As an organisation, we are family-focused, advocates of collaboration, passionate about increasing inclusion and reducing isolation whilst supporting Special Education Needs & Disabilities (SEND). Our membership is free.
Our team are all parents of children with Autism, additional needs and disabilities, or work with SEND every day. We understand the journey, hurdles and frustrations that many families face. As a registered Spectrum member, you can also access our dedicated child and family support from the comfort of your home, as well as gain assistance with EHCP and DLA. Furthermore, we are proud to be a leading UK distributor for Max Card. The Max Card helps make days out more financially accessible for the families of children with additional needs.
Spectrum is exceptionally proud to work with The National Lottery Community Fund and to have been recognised by His Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Cambridgeshire, on behalf of the Crown, for exceptional service to families and our work during Covid.

Our visits to @wbtourlondon are well into double figures now, and each time the feeling of magic is well and truly there, it never disappoints. Triwizard and Dark Arts were firm favourites!
Be it the props, sets, food, costumes or behind-the-scenes knowledge, you can’t help but fall well and truly into the world of Harry Potter, whether you have seen it a hundred times plus, or are just starting out in the world of Hogwarts.
We have praised the venue countless times over the years, both as a families visiting but also as the leaders of a children’s charity specialising in Autism and additional needs for group visits. We are confident that we will achieve many times more in the future as well, and can’t wait for next year.
We would like to express our huge thanks to some of their excellent team that always add fantastic value to our visits, especially the incredible Menaka, who has always managed to keep an eye out for us somehow from when we first met her over 7 years ago, showing unbelievable kindness at every step, passion to support SEND, and always going the extra mile. A wonderful team member and an exceptional human being.
We have also been blessed to get some time here and there with some of the other brilliant interactors, a few of them shown in the photos, like Iona, Immy and more, we always try to spot them on return visits. We have seen many a child on our visits star star-struck or amazed by them, as well as the feats of the onscreen stars. They are constantly engaging and leave a fantastic impression or memory, which always appears effortless to them.
