At Spectrum, we use an iPad sign in process for all our events, away days and sessions. This process is straightforward to use and allows us to have all the data we need in one place for the day.
The following guide shows you how to sign in on the day. The simplest and quickest way to sign in, is to use the QR code on the event pre-registration invitation (example below) that we send you around 24 hours before the event. You simply need to have this with you on the day.
There is no need to print out the invitation; the iPad can read the QR code directly from the email on your phone. As well as the QR code, the event pre-registration also includes the date and timing of the event and its address. You can quickly gain directions direct from the invite to your phone, should you need to or wish to. You can also store the event in Apple Wallet.
Your QR code contains all the information required about those included in your booking.
