Spectrum membership is free and is required to access Spectrum services in the UK, like requesting places at our events and sessions, accessing our Family Support, and ordering the Max Card.
The membership number we provide you with on your welcome email (starts with the letters SC) stays with you on your journey with us, so please do take note of it as it is required for accessing our services. As part of your membership with us we ask you to keep us updated with the right information for your family, and from time to time, you may need to make us aware of changes to your child’s information, your contact information and family situation, as it could differ from the details you registered with us initially. You can also use this form if you need us to remind you of your membership number.
This updated information could be because of some of the following reasons, for example.
- Change of home address
- Change of email address or phone number
- Adding additional children or letting us know that a child registered with us now has a diagnosis or is on the pathway to one
- Change of partner or change of name due to marriage

LOST OR FORGOTTEN MEMBERSHIP NUMBER
If you have lost or forgotten your Spectrum membership number and wish we could remind you of it, just complete the first form below. We will contact you by email once we have checked your details on our systems.
CHANGE OF MEMBER INFORMATION
The second form is to make us aware of any changes to your address, child details and contact information. The first few fields are compulsory so we can identify you on our systems, but for the following sections, ONLY complete them if the information has changed! You do not need to complete every section if you don’t need to, just what information has changed. Once your request has been completed, the team will contact you back directly by email, so please ensure the email address you provide is accurate.
We usually complete change requests within 5 working days but this can vary when in high-demand periods. We always process requests as quickly as we can, in the order that they are received.
