We hope you can join us for a beautiful evening at the Spectrum Black Tie Ball on Saturday, September 12th 2026, at our exceptional partners at the Hilton Hotel Cambridge City Centre. The event runs from 7pm to midnight, has a Vintage Glamour theme and is for 16+ audiences as a guideline.
Step into the world of Taylor Swift like never before. “Taylor Swift by Xenna” is a stunning live tribute show with incredible vocals that captures the energy, emotion, and artistry of one of the greatest performers of our time.
Her show has toured across the UK theatres and internationally, performing in incredible locations such as Iceland, Budapest, Spain, Italy and Germany.
The evening is our special fundraising annual event for Spectrum, our parent-led charity supporting children with Autism, additional needs and disabilities alongside their families and carers. The proceeds from the evening go to help fund the events and support that we provide for those we work with, as well as increasing inclusion and reducing isolation.
Welcome drinks await you on arrival, as our evening centres around a sumptuous three-course menu. The skills of elite magician Luke Clough are on hand, and live music from the exceptional “Taylor Swift Experience” with Xenna. Our DJ, the one and only, Josh Lovatt, will also be there on the night to keep you on your feet.
You can also join us on the red carpet for our 360 ° camera, creating unique, shareable content from the evening. Head back as many times as you wish!
We recommend booking quickly for this event if you are planning to attend, as we have seen the vast majority of places go quickly with previous Balls, especially where you are looking to secure a whole table or more.
Ticket Costs & Tables
The cost to attend this adults-only event is £80.00 per person and is on a first-come, first-served basis. The ticket cost covers your three-course meal, entertainment for the evening and welcome drinks on arrival. There are 100 places available for the evening, arranged in tables of up to 10. We are able to provide a £50 discount when a table of 10 is booked, but this must be paid in full (14 days) and is non-refundable in all instances and subject to availability. All booking requests must be made via the form below.
The event is for those aged 16+, please contact us for anyone close to this age who you wish to bring with you.

The dress code for the evening is generally black tie or dress to impress to mark the occasion and match our theme for the night with a Taylor Swift inspired choice!

Once we have processed your request, we will provide you with an invoice to complete your purchase and confirm your places. We will try our best to respond within 24 working hours to all requests.

Our 2026 Black Tie Ball Menu is expected to be confirmed in the summer to account for seasonal changes and styles. This is our previous menu for guidance only.
Our exceptional Hilton-grade menu will consist of two choices of starter, mains and a dessert. Vegan/vegetarian options are included. As part of our dining process, we also cover any food allergies and clinical or dietary requirements with you to ensure you and your party can be catered for correctly when you join us.
Stay the Night!
Should you wish to stay at the Hilton Cambridge City Centre on the night of the Ball to have a few drinks or make your travel more comfortable, then please select this option on the form below. We will keep you up to date with our preferential Spectrum room rate as soon as it is available from the Hilton team. Your stay includes a full English breakfast buffet and Wi-Fi for double occupancy. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis when the offer is released. Booking is done via a dedicated URL provided by the Hilton team.
