We hope that you can join us on Saturday, November 28th 2026 to join us at the Harry Potter Studio Tour.
The spectacular Great Hall will be transformed into scenes from the Yule Ball as seen in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire
Whether your allegiance is Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw or Slytherin, you can take in the wonders of Hogwarts. The Harry Potter Studio Tour possesses a stunning series of sets from the film series that can be seen up close.
The sets include The Great Hall, Gryffindor Dorm Room, Diagon Alley, Privet Drive, Hagrid’s Hut, Dumbledore’s Office, Gringotts Bank and the Forbidden Forest, to name but a few. The impressive Gringotts Bank & Dragon also await alongside thousands of props and costumes. It’s a truly fantastic venue, with lots to take in, so don’t forget your cameras!
- Only 40 places are available for this event
- No transport is provided to the venue
- You will need to be on-site for 1015 am for 11am access and tour commencement
- Free car parking is provided, and your access code is provided with your QR code just before the event
- Harry Potter dress-up is more than acceptable!
Please ensure you have read all the notes provided before requesting places!
We always contact every request once the event is processed and allocated, providing families with as much notice as possible. We initially confirm places and advise those on the waiting list by text message from our platform. We also issue a QR code to confirm places (which is how you sign in with us on the day on our iPad platform) around 24-48 hours before the event/session. Please ensure you read the information below on our notifications and recommendations.

Event Costs & Summary
The cost to attend the Harry Potter Studio Tour with us is £40 per person. Children under 4 years old can access the venue free of charge.
The payment cut-off date for this event is set for before May 1st 2026; this will also be confirmed on your invoice. A non-refundable deposit of £5 per person is also applicable to secure your places. Once places are confirmed to you, the deposit is due in all circumstances without exception.
The pricing provided to you is a bundled flat rate cost. To simplify, it considers costs for children, adults, and carers, applied at a flat rate to ease booking. We have visited the venue several times before. All tickets provided are strictly non-transferable and non-refundable in line with venue group policy.
You will need to meet us on-site at the time designated by us without exception.
Your payment can be made by bank transfer or by credit card (including the booking fee), as you prefer. We will include all the details you need for this in your invoice.
Important! – Any changes to your booking (if achievable) must be completed BEFORE the payment cut-off date set. The cost of your tickets will be due at this point, and payment will be required in full, without exception. All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable after the deadline date. The non-payment of any tickets purchased for you will affect your ability to attend further Spectrum events and access our services.
As always, we will look to rotate places for the event if there is high demand to ensure there is a good mix of families attending for the first time, as well as those who have enjoyed the tour with us previously.
If you have any questions about this event, please don’t hesitate to contact us at events@spectrum.org.uk
Our Place Request Process
Once we confirm your places with you via email/text, you will be sent two invoices (non-refundable deposit and balance). You can pay for these by bank transfer or by card online, whichever you wish. Your QR code (e-ticket) for the event (how you sign in with us) is typically sent around 48 hours before the event. This is all detailed in your confirmation notes from us.
If your circumstances change for any reason after requesting places, and you can no longer attend the event, please let us know at your earliest possible opportunity. Any tickets not paid before the deadline are at risk of cancellation if we see no contact from you; this will also impact future events for you. All deposits are due once your places are confirmed, regardless of cancellation. We can remove the balance of your booking though if received ahead of the deadline date.
Sadly, due to the high demands we face and in the interests of fairness, not showing up for events you are booked on to or not paying for them on will have an adverse effect on gaining places at future events due to the waiting lists in place. We can help in many situations, we simpy just ask you to get in touch with us.
Should you have any questions in regard to this event, please don’t hesitate to contact us at: events@spectrum.org.uk

Our Recommendation
If you are a Facebook user, we recommend joining our private members-only Facebook group at https://www.facebook.com/groups/spectrumcio – you will need your membership number with us (starting with the letters SC) after you request to join. If this isn’t accurately supplied, the request will be rejected.
In addition to general information, we post here when confirmations, QR codes, reminders, and so forth are sent out so you can be sure to check your email at the right times. This is helpful as many mail providers can filter such emails to junk and other areas, so you can be sure you don’t miss anything or lose your place if it doesn’t land in your main inbox directly.
Our Instagram & Facebook stories are also good places to get news in advance and see the different things we are working on behind the scenes. Please do follow our Instagram account, as we will be sharing information, stories, images and videos leading up to the visit of the main man in red!
