Your Spectrum Membership number starts with the letters SC and is followed by up to 5 numbers. It can be found in your initial welcome email from us, as well as often in any invoices you have had from us.
If you have deleted them, forgotten them, misplaced them, etc, just use the short form below, and the team will check it out for you. Please ensure you use the details you registered with us.
