Spectrum Wellbeing and Short Breaks Survey

Spectrum is exploring how short breaks and respite opportunities can best support the well-being of neurodivergent children and young people, those with SEND, and their families. Your feedback will help us understand what families need, the barriers they face, and what makes a short break truly beneficial.

This survey should take around 3 minutes to complete. Thank you for taking the time to share your experiences.

When you hit the submit button at the end of the survey, the page will refresh and display a success message if we have received your submission. It will highlight any errors you have made or missed questions in red.
