Spectrum membership is free and required to access Spectrum services, such as requesting places at our events and ordering the Max Card for example.
The membership number we provided in your welcome email (starts with the letters SC and is followed by up to 5 numbers) stays with you throughout your journey with us, so please take note of it, as it is required to access our services.
As part of your membership with us, we ask you to keep us updated with the right information for your family, and from time to time, you may need to make us aware of changes to your child’s information, your contact information and your family situation, as it could differ from the details you registered with us initially.
This updated information could be due to the following reasons, for example.
- Change of home address
- Change of email address or phone number
- Adding additional children/siblings so they can attend our events
- Letting us know that a child registered with us already now has a diagnosis or is on the pathway to one
- Change of partner or change of name due to marriage

The form below is for informing us of any changes to your address, child details, or contact information.
The first few fields are compulsory so we can identify you on our systems, but for the following sections, ONLY complete them if the information has changed! You do not need to complete every section if you don’t need to; just complete the information that has changed. Once your request has been completed, the team will contact you directly by email. Please ensure the email address you provide is accurate.
We usually complete change requests within 7 working days, but this can vary during high-demand periods. We always process requests as quickly as possible, in the order they are received.
