Not only is Santa hosting Supper with Santa at the Hilton Cambridge on December 2nd, but he is also going to join us on December 24th from 10:30 am for North Pole Zoom!
So grab your Christmas PJs, t-shirts and jumpers; even bring along your breakfast if you wish, as we connect to the North Pole over Zoom to see how planning is going before Santa sets out on his journey!
This Zoom session will occur for approximately 15-20mins around 1030am on Christmas Eve morning, with the exact start time to be released nearer the time; this could be slightly earlier or later. The perfect start to a magical day!
We are catching up with Santa over Spectrum Zoom on his preparations for the day at the North Pole before he sets off on his travels and the big night ahead! Alongside this, Santa will be facing a few questions we would love to know the answer to and of course, we hope we can talk him into a quick sing-along before he heads to his sleigh.
This event is free to attend, although you can make a small Christmas donation to Spectrum if you wish to support our work, which would be hugely appreciated and makes a lot of difference, especially at Christmas time.
If you would like to join Santa and us for the Zoom session from home, complete the place request form below, and the Zoom details will be sent to you just ahead of the event. There is also an option to suggest a question for Santa, of which we will be able to select a small number to include.
The session is limited in line with our Zoom capacity and is purely for the Spectrum families we support.
We always contact every request once the event is processed and allocated, providing as much notice as we can to families. We initially confirm places and advise those on the waiting list by text message from our platform.
A QR code email will be sent to confirmed places sometime within the 24hrs ahead of the event, which contains the link to join the Zoom session and a reminder of the etiquette required and finalised start time. Please ensure you read the information below on our notifications and recommendations.
Connection & Etiquette
You only need to connect a couple of minutes before this time to allow us to get everyone checked and connected. You will be placed in our waiting room while the team identifies you. This session is a private event for Spectrum members, and the information below is not to be shared externally.
We ask that you set your name on Zoom to be your name registered with us for the event or your Spectrum membership number (starts with the letters SC and is not your Max Card number) so we can recognise you in the waiting room to accept you – these will be checked off against our listing on the day. Those names that sadly don’t match or are duplicated will not be admitted in the interests of security. You can change your name as you wish once admitted.
Microphones & Video
All microphones are set to mute when you join the session, but please verify that this is the case for you. We will let you know if you ever need to unmute to join in. Anyone who frequently turns on their mic and speaks over the session will sadly need to be removed, as it will prevent everyone else from hearing Santa.
You don’t need to have your video turned on at your end if you don’t wish to, but it would be fantastic to see you.

As well as general information, we post here when confirmations, QR codes, reminders and so forth are sent out, so you can be sure to check your email at the right times. This is helpful as many mail providers can filter such emails to junk and other areas, so you can be sure you don’t miss anything or lose your places if it doesn’t land in your main inbox directly.
