We hope that you can join us and the main man himself on the evening of Tuesday, December 5th 2023, at 630pm, for our interactive “Supper with Santa” at the Hilton Hotel Cambridge City Centre.
Join Spectrum’s Team Santa as we indulge in some Christmas supper with a difference alongside our very good friend Santa. Santa will tell us all that he’s been up to, a little about his Christmas Eve plans, lead a Christmas Singalong and bring a little Christmas cheer! There will also be a meet and greet with all those attending. Christmas Jumpers and T-shirts are most welcome!
Due to Santa’s incredibly busy December schedule, this year’s event falls on a Tuesday evening a couple of weeks before the end of the school term, as opposed to a weekend, which is the only possible date. Given this being a school night, the event will only go ahead if significant capacity exists to warrant it. If there is high demand for the event, as we see normally, we will look to rotate places to ensure good coverage for those who have never attended.
The event content is aimed primarily at children up to 11-13 years as a very approximate average for your reference, but children of all ages are welcome. Our time with Santa is always a lot of fun, regardless of age and the perfect Christmas event for all the family. Our Santa events are always one of our favourite and most popular events each year. Seeing is believing.
Hilton grade Christmas Supper is for all attendees, and each child will get to meet Santa individually and will also be provided with a Spectrum present and a special little gift from Santa. The approximate overall duration of this event is 1-1.5 hours as a guideline.
This is a very carefully considered event in a beautiful and spacious environment alongside Hilton hospitality. Our dining consists of a seasonal Supper for all attendees – made up of sandwiches, light snacks, cakes and drinks. You can advise us of any food allergies in the form below, but please be sure to indicate the person they are relevant to.
Please ensure you have read all the notes provided before booking. We will aim to confirm places for this event as quickly as possible, typically by early October.
Event Costs & Summary
The cost to attend the Supper with Santa event is £15 per adult and £25 per child. Your payment will be required to secure your places. Place confirmations will be issued quite quickly due to the advance planning needed for the event, as well as notification if you are placed on the waiting list.
Please work to the following timeframe as an approximate guideline:
- 6-630 pm arrival and table seating at 630pm – if adjusted, this will be by no more than 30mins either way
- Car parking (payable and 24hrs) is available in the Grand Arcade car park, which adjoins the hotel
- The payment deadline for this event will be November 19th, and tickets are non-refundable after this point.
For this event, we regularly get asked if extended family, grandparents and so forth can attend. We are able to consider this, but these places must be clearly detailed on your form. Member children will always be considered first and take priority. Naturally, it’s important for us to have as many children at the event as possible.
Place Request Process
Once your places are confirmed by us via email, you will be sent an invoice by us. Your payment can be completed by Bank Transfer or by card online for this event as you wish. Your QR code (e-ticket) for the evening (how you sign in with us) will be sent a few days ahead of the event. This is all detailed in your confirmation notes from us.
You will be contacted by us from the email address email@example.com to confirm if you have places at the event, or are on the waiting list for it.
If your circumstances change for any reason after requesting places, and you are no longer able to attend the event, then please let us know at your earliest possible opportunity. Any tickets not paid for by November 30th will be immediately cancelled and passed to the waiting list if there has been no contact. Sadly, due to the high demands we face and in the interests of fairness, not showing up for events you are booked on to or not paying for them will have an adverse effect on gaining places at future events due to the waiting lists in place.
Due to the nature of this event and it being one of our most popular events of the year, please note that photos and videos will be taken on and off during the course of the event by the team.
Should you have any questions in regard to this event, please don’t hesitate to contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org
If you are a Facebook user, we recommend joining our private members-only Facebook group at https://www.facebook.com/groups/spectrumcio – you will need your membership number with us (starting with the letters SC) after you request to join.
As well as general information, we post here when confirmations, QR codes, reminders and so forth are sent out, so you can be sure to check your email at the right times. This is helpful as many mail providers can filter such emails to junk and other areas, so you can be sure you don’t miss anything or lose your places if it doesn’t land in your main inbox directly.
Our Instagram & Facebook stories are also good places to get news in advance and see the different things we are working on behind the scenes. Please do follow our Instagram account, as we will be sharing information, stories, images and video leading up to the visit of the main man in red!
