Legoland Windsor

Saturday, September 5th 2026

We hope that you can join us on Saturday, September 5th 2026 for Legoland Windsor.

With over 11 themed areas and 55 rides & attractions, Legoland is designed for ages 2 and above. LEGOLAND Windsor Resort offers everything from roller coasters to hands-on LEGO® building activities to an entire DUPLO-themed area for toddlers. It is fantastic fun for all the family.

  • We are providing coach travel and parking from Bottisham CB25 9DL with our partners, Mil-Ken Travel.
  • We will provide a collection point from CB7 4EA (Angel Drove Ely) if there is enough demand to warrant it
  • The coach is standard seating with an onboard toilet.
  • The approximate coach departure time on the day is 730am, arriving for 10am and leaving the venue at 5pm.
  • The expected journey time to the venue by coach is approximately 2hrs 15mins.
  • 60 places are initially available for this event, with coach places prioritised over meet-us there.
  • Spectrum has dedicated RAP (Ride Access Pass) access for qualifying individuals

Meet Us There & Coach Notes – IMPORTANT

We have listed a “meet us there” option in the form below, but please note that coach places will be assessed and considered in the first instance due to the costs of coach hire and the priority of the event being to provide a supportive environment, not just tickets and venue access, as this could be organised by families directly. Should there not be enough interest in coach places to warrant it, Spectrum reserves the right to either remove coach travel from the event offer and switch it to a “meet us there only” event or remove the event entirely.

Please ensure you have read all the notes provided before requesting places!

We always contact every request once the event is processed and allocated, providing as much notice as we can to families.

Forthcoming Events

IMPORTANT

Please remember that our regular events, such as Clip n Climb, Climb Quest, and Spectrum Play, are often released well in advance, often months ahead and the likes of Away Days and Disneyland Paris even further.

If you’d like to request places at future events, please check our event page to see what has been released. We always recommend booking early due to waiting lists often being in place, and to also still request places if a waiting list is present, as availability can often change due to the nature of the children we support.

If you wish for siblings to attend our events, please ensure they are registered with us! Your child and contact information can be kept up to date with us at https://spectrum.org.uk/membership-update – thank you.

Our Place Request Process

Ensure you have given us the correct number! If you are on the waiting list, it’s via email or text. Every request received is always responded to.
  • We recommend saving the numbers 07822 013562 (WhatsApp) and our Text Alert number 07441 446910 to your phone for our notifications. We also send messages from a dedicated SPECTRUM named service.
  • Your QR code (e-ticket) for the event (how you sign in with us) is typically sent within the 24 hours before the session. This also includes a final reminder of the notes and timings from this page.

Event Summary

The cost to attend Legoland Windsor with us is £40.00 per person (anyone over 90cm tall). Children under 90cm tall can access the venue free of charge, but a £20 fee will be charged for coach access. All persons must pay an initial non-refundable deposit of £5 per person. The deposit is due in all circumstances once we confirm your booking.

The pricing provided to you is a bundled cost. It considers costs for children, adults, travel and carers required for ease of booking at a flat rate to simplify it. We have visited the venue numerous times before.

Due to the venue’s requirements, the payment cut-off date for this event will be August 1st, 2026. We will hand back any tickets that are not allocated to the venue on this date.

If we can provide any confirmed meet-us-there places, you will need to meet us on-site at the time designated by us, without exception.

If you have any questions regarding this event, please don’t hesitate to contact us at events@spectrum.org.uk

Legoland Ride Access Pass

As you maybe aware Legoland Windsor provides the Ride Access Pass, a virtual queuing system designed to make reasonable adjustments to assist guests who have a physical disability or medical condition that prevents them from standing for extended periods of time, permanently non-ambulant guests and guests who do not understand the concept of queuing. This is done in conjunction with Nimbus, who provide the Access Card.

The application for the Ride Access Pass is very simple and can be done here. You can also simply link an existing Access Card you have to the Ride Access Pass. However Legoland limits how many Ride Access Passes are in use every day.

Please note the decision of Legoland on all Ride Access Pass requests is final. If accepted, your pass will be accepted at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort, Thorpe Park Resort, Chessington World of Adventures Resort and Alton Towers Resort for 2 years.

Dedicated Spectrum RAP

Spectrum works with the RAP Team at Legoland to facilitate this for you in advance of our visit and to ensure that you are able to access the RAP system regardless of limits as part of our visit for qualifying persons. We handle this process with you, simply collecting the info from you in advance to simplify access. This is the process we will use for the visit.

Our Recommendation

If you are a Facebook user, we recommend joining our private members-only Facebook group at https://www.facebook.com/groups/spectrumcio – you will need your membership number with us (starts with the letters SC) after you request to join.

As well as general information, we post here when confirmations, QR codes, reminders and so forth are sent out, so you can be sure to check your email at the right times. This is helpful as many mail providers can filter such emails to junk and other areas, so you can be sure you don’t miss anything or lose your places if it doesn’t land in your main inbox directly.

Our Instagram & Facebook stories are also good places to get news in advance and see the different things we are working on behind the scenes.

Please Stay In Touch!

As always, if you have any questions about any aspect of our events, the payment process, or cancellations, email us at events@spectrum.org.uk ONLY, and we will be happy to see where we can help! The events team can only be reached via this address and not via phone, message services or social media.

Non-Payment, Non-Cancellation & Non-Attendance

We totally understand that plans and health can change, emergencies can happen, and life can just get in the way when you least expect it to, especially as parents, carers and guardians of children with additional needs.

We also understand that such things can also be hard to talk about at times, but we always try to help the families we support as much as we can. All we ask is that you stay in touch and just be honest with us; it is so much easier to help you this way.

Please do bear in mind that non-payment of invoices and not showing for events you have been given places for will have an adverse impact across the board for you, and access to our services will be restricted.

All invoices are due in full once the deadline date has passed, without any exception. Excluding non-refundable deposits, we can only assist with refunds or cancellations at no cost before deadline dates.

As a small children’s charity, we have to be incredibly careful with funds. Any items not being paid for, has a significant impact on us and will simply reduce or prevent future events from happening, as we are just not able to absorb losses of that nature. It also prevents other families from attending, which they could have done if they had had enough notice.

We keep any payments for all events and sessions open for as long as possible to help families, but we also have commitments and deadlines to the venues we work with, which we must adhere to or lose those opportunities. Even for events that are free to you, the venue still has costs, and staffing still has to be paid for!

Please remember that the following impact will occur if you don’t pay invoices or inform us of changes to bookings.

  • You will see your places cancelled for the event; a cancellation notice will be sent to you, and access to ALL our services will be immediately restricted. The invoice value will remain due to us.
  • Any bookings for events in the future you are on with us will be immediately suspended until the matter is resolved. New place requests will automatically be moved to the reserve list.
  • Spectrum reserves the right to pass outstanding invoices for commercial/legal/court collection, and additional charges and interest can be applied.
  • Additionally, Spectrum has a zero tolerance for any kind of behaviour/communication that is deemed to be rude/abusive/aggressive – our team are also parents of children with additional needs and volunteer their time.

Additional Coach Information

  • The Milken coach we use has standard seating and an onboard toilet.
  • The coach departure point is presently set as CB25 9DL or CB7 4EA.
  • No additional stops/pick-up points will be added in.
  • It is fine to eat and drink on the couch; just please use the rubbish bags provided.
  • Children must travel as they would normally in a car (e.g. use a booster seat or car seat if they normally do).
  • All seating is pre-allocated by Spectrum for ease and best fit.
  • The coach stays with us for the day so items can be left on it.

Event WhatsApp & Text Alerts

If you request places to our events and sessions, we recommend adding the Spectrum WhatsApp number 07822 013562 and our Text Magic number 07441 446910 to your phone, as well as whitelisting the email address events@spectrum.org.uk – These are all used at different times for both confirming places and event updates, as well as our SPECTRUM named text service.

Health Protection

Due to the nature of the children we support, a person can’t attend our events while ill.

In line with standard health policy, children with diarrhoea or vomiting must not attend any events until 48 hours have passed after their last episode. Additionally, persons who are unwell and have a high temperature should stay at home and avoid contact with others.

We hope you can understand our position on this and the caution that we must exercise.
