Spectrum Cambridge are truly delighted and humbled to have won the “Community Group of the Year” award in the Cambridgeshire Live Community Awards. It is tremendous to have been recognised in this way, for the work that we do, and to have been nominated for the award by so many in the local area.
We would like to say a huge thank you to all the Spectrum team for everything they do, to all our members who are such a big part of us and to everyone who nominated us. Of course we would also like to thank Cambridgeshire Live for all their work on the Community Awards and for recognising the efforts by so many, that go on all the time in the local community. The Community Group award was sponsored by Cambridge City Council, so a large thanks to them also.
In addition to our award, we were also given a £750 donation towards our projects which is amazing. Absolutely brilliant news and thank you so much from all the Spectrum team!
