The end of September saw us head to the Warner Bros Studio Tour at Leavesden Studios and enter the magical world of Harry Potter.
Home to breathtaking sets from the film franchise that stems from the imagination of J.K.Rowling when she first brought the young wizard to life in 1997 with the Philosophers Stone. The series went on to literally take the world by storm, amazing children and adults alike with life at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry and the battles between Harry and he who must not be named.
Whether your allegiance lies with Griffindor, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw or Slytherin, the studio tour is simply stunning to behold, even if you have never read one of the books or seen one of the films. The vast studio tour recreates the wonderful locations from the films, allowing you to set foot on to the sets of the likes of Diagon Alley, Gringotts Bank, Platform 9 3/4 and the Great Hall to name but a few. The tour also houses the original props from the films as well as providing you with an insight in to the Special Effects and Green Screen technologies that were used to bring everything to life.
A truly amazing experience, in a venue that you could simply spend days in, and just keep learning more every day and being amazed every step of the way. A huge thank you to the teams at the studio for their amazing support on the day.
